Terms of Service

1. What Airavat is

Airavat is a software platform providing tools across financial markets, including prediction markets, crypto spot and perpetual futures, US equities, and global macroeconomic data:

• Market data, analytics, scoring and ranking, screening, saved filters and watchlists, leaderboards, and market-resolution and dispute timelines.
• An AI research assistant that answers questions across markets, macro, and portfolio topics, produces analyses and reports, and runs user-requested simulations and backtests in a sandboxed environment.
• Alerting and notification services you configure (price, indicator, market-event, and macro-calendar alerts).
• Simulated (paper) trading and copy-trading with virtual funds only. No real money is ever involved in simulation features.
• Market data APIs and developer tools for business customers.

Airavat is software and data. We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, trading venue, custodian, wallet provider, or investment adviser. We do not hold client funds or keys, we do not execute trades, and we do not operate any market.

2. No financial advice

All content produced by the platform, including AI-generated analyses, scores, rankings, alerts, and reports, is informational research, not investment advice. Where you connect or discuss positions, paper-trading portfolios, or watchlists, output may reflect that data, but it is never a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset, and never a personal recommendation to transact. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions and for compliance with the laws that apply to you.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials (including your authenticator device) secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are invite-only and personal to you; do not share them.

4. Billing

Paid features are billed as tiered monthly subscriptions, AI usage credits, and/or metered API usage, as described at purchase. Prices are denominated and payable in USDC (a US-dollar stablecoin) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We charge no transaction-based fees, commissions, or brokerage of any kind.

5. Acceptable use

You will not: use the platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts; interfere with or overload the platform; or misrepresent platform output as advice to third parties. Automated access must use the published API and respect its rate limits.

6. Data and third-party content

Market data is drawn from third-party venues and public blockchains and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. AI-generated content may contain errors; verify anything that matters before relying on it. You retain your data; we retain ours.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airavat is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, trading losses, or losses arising from third-party data or services, and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms. The current version is always published at airavat.xyz/terms. If a change is material, continued use after notice constitutes acceptance; if you do not accept, stop using the platform and contact us to close your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
